Karen Gall, 74, of Tyndall, died Saturday, October 28, 2023 at her home in Tyndall. Services are pending with the Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home in Tyndall.

Karen Marie Gall was born on November 5, 1948 to Orville Jensen and Eldora Christensen in Hurley , SD. Karen attended Parker Public School where she later graduated. She also attended Mount Marty University in Yankton , SD where she received her Nursing degree. 

     Karen's survivors are Tim Stansbury of Menno, Sd and his two sons Tyler Stansbury from Elkton , SD and Dawsen Stansbury from Freeman , SD . Karen also had two great grandchildren Hadelynn and Bentley Stansbury and many close friends. Later in life she bought the Tyndall Variety Store in Tyndall , SD where she also resided. Karen ran the store for several years and bought her home and moved from the upstairs apartment of the store and then years later retired. She enjoyed to garden and tend to her beloved animals.

 Karen loved her family very much and was very talented from painting to making quilts and knitting among many other things. Karen had a special friend, George Kostal they had a friendship for 19 years Karen is proceeded in death by three siblings and her parents. Karen will be deeply missed by all.
