When we would play with the Old Time Fiddlers, I always would enjoy visiting with Arland as he traveled around with Bernadette. He and I would talk in Danish to one another and people would always stop and stare at us as if we had fallen off a turnip truck. He was a grand old man. Condolences to the family.
